Basir Ahammed Sekh, the founder of IJH Creative Designs, was born and raised in the small rural village of West Bengal, India. Coming from a modest background and growing up in a region where opportunities were scarce and poverty was widespread, Basir’s early life was marked by struggle. Like many others in his village, his family depended on agriculture and daily labor to make ends meet. But from a young age, Basir carried a vision — not only to improve his own life but to uplift his community through meaningful work and sustainable livelihoods.
Without any financial backing, industrial exposure, or urban privilege, Basir began his journey with sheer determination, resourcefulness, and relentless hard work. He started small — learning, observing, and doing everything himself, from tailoring to understanding market needs, production processes, and customer expectations. Despite numerous challenges and setbacks, he never gave up.
Over time, through long hours, sleepless nights, and tireless dedication, IJH Creative Designs Private Limited was born — not just as a garment manufacturing company, but as a symbol of rural empowerment and social change.
